偷捕黃魚、白鯧 陸漁船越界被活逮

又有中國漁船越界捕魚，今(13)日金門海巡署抓到一艘「閩泉台漁06386」漁船，並查獲一船6人，船上還有流刺網等非法工具，海巡署已經將船扣押，並把人帶回偵訊，由於現在正值金門海域高價黃魚、白鯧盛產期，中國漁船才會鋌而走險，跨界抓魚。
金門海巡署一行人矯健的跳上中國漁船，嚇的對方連忙藏躲，不但開始鳴笛，第二批人員也跟著跳上船隻，這一艘「閩泉台漁06386」漁船趁著夜深，跨界來到金門料羅海域，以為沒人發現，卻被金門海巡隊逮個正著，海巡隊立刻沒收了船上的流刺網，並將剛剛捕獲的漁通通倒入海中。
金門漁民發現，最近越來越多中國船隻跨界捕撈，就因為賣價高才會冒險越界捕魚，現在連同船長在內一共六人，通通被帶回偵訊，並依違反兩岸人民關係條例裁罰30萬元以上罰鍰。金門海巡隊也表示，將持續取締，保障台灣漁民權益。
