假民調真抹黑？藍營：林勿作賊心虛
【台灣醒報記者劉東皋台北報導】民調也能進行抹黑？國民黨台中市黨部最近以「你知道林佳龍後援會舉辦餐會涉嫌賄選…」為開頭問句，在台中市各區進行抽樣民調，被林佳龍競選總部指控是抹黑奧步，準備提告。林總部副主委、立委張廖萬堅8日召開記者會指責這是「史上最惡劣抹黑方式」。國民黨市黨部主委陳明振則回應說，國民黨是為了解民意，請林陣營勿「作賊心虛」。
林佳龍日前參加和平區梨山上的一場後援會所舉辦的餐會，被國民黨指控有賄選之嫌，地檢署並以「他」字案進行偵查。7日傍晚起，台中地區不少民眾接到一通自稱是國民黨所做的民調電話，內容一開始就問受訪者是否知道林佳龍後援會所舉辦的餐會涉嫌賄選，知道者按1，不知道者按2。但不論按1或按2，電訪就結束，搞得接電話的民眾一頭霧水。
當天就有很多林佳龍支持者以LINE群組或電話告訴競選總部人員，這項民調好像是在宣傳「林佳龍涉及賄選」一樣，有惡意抹黑林佳龍之嫌。8日有3、4位接到電話的民眾現身林佳龍競選總部，證實有接到這一民調電話，並表示聽了民調內容後，讓他們感覺到非常不舒服。
林佳龍競選總部副主委張廖萬堅與何欣純兩位立委8日共同出席記者會，指責國民黨根本是假借民調之名，行抹黑之實，張廖萬堅形容，這是「最新型態、最惡劣的抹黑手法」。他要求國民黨與盧秀燕為此向市民道歉，也希望素以形象清新為訴求的盧秀燕，不要陷入這種抹黑選舉手法。
陳明振承認這項民調是國民黨為了解輿情而做的。他表示，林佳龍是否涉及聚餐賄選，檢方已以他字案查察，國民黨為了解民眾是否知道這件事，而做此民調，在全台中市各區都有抽樣，電訪約一、二千通。至於知道與不知道的比例，目前正統計中；是否公布或做為內部參考，也尚在討論中。
盧秀燕競選團隊指出，國民黨部所做的民調內容合理，也未指控林佳龍，檢調確實有進行偵查，林佳龍如未做虧心事，何必擔心此一民調？
