高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
推雙語也有事？國台辦：阻擋不了統一

行政院長賴清德日前接受《經濟日報》專訪表示，期盼明（2019）年「雙語國家」政策開始執行，台灣將成為「中文」與「英文」的雙語國家。對此，台灣各界雖然反映不一，但討論大致都擺在「國家語言」或「語言教育」的層面。沒想到昨（12）日中國國台辦發言人安峰山面對媒體詢問此事時，竟然表示：無論民進黨當局搞什麼花樣，也阻擋不了統一的進程！此回答實在令人詫異。
行政院長賴清德接受《經濟日報》的專訪於8月27日刊出，他表示接任行政院長後，許多人反映英語是國際語言，打造「雙語國家」有其重要性，因此2017年他便已責成教育部成立推動委員會，希望相關政策能於2019年開始落實，使台灣更具國際競爭力。

如此答覆著實令人詫異，也不甚明白雙語政策與「國家統一大業」的關係究竟何在？事實上在賴清德公布此一政策後，媒體人兼政治評論員黃智賢8月30日也曾於臉書評論：「賴清德的雙語國家當然是台獨」，但遭PTT大量網友反譏：「腦補」、「講英文也會變台獨？」、「賴清德早餐吃粥也是台獨」。
